Built by Mechanics, Run Like a Workshop Should Be

Photo Studio started in 2011 as a two-bay setup on Mount Poonamallee Road, opened by Ramesh Iyer after a decade on the shop floor at a commercial vehicle dealership. He'd seen enough rushed jobs and inflated bills to know Chennai's car owners deserved better — so he built a garage on one rule: show the customer the problem before you fix it.

That rule hasn't changed, even as the two bays grew to eight. Every technician here is factory-trained and re-certified each year, because a modern Creta or Nexon has little in common with the carburettor engines Ramesh first learned on. We use genuine or OEM-equivalent parts, hand you the old one before it goes in the bin, and the estimate we quote at drop-off is the number you pay at pickup.

We service everything from a first-time Alto owner's weekend hatchback to logistics fleets running a dozen vehicles a week — and Chennai's heat, dust and monsoon flooding shape our maintenance checklist as much as the manufacturer's manual does. If it has four wheels and a TN registration, we've probably already fixed one just like it.
